| 1) The rental fee includes all services and taxes of the building (Expenses for the maintenance of the building, taxes, light, gas, telephone, water, cable TV and a maid service if it specifically mentioned). Please check which ones are already included when you select an apartment. |

| 2) The stay has to be paid in advance. |

| 3) The tenant is obliged to give a security deposit in cash. In case of contracting for 30 days or less, the amount of the deposit is equal to 100% of the total rental fee. If you rent an apartment between one and six months, the deposit is equal to the monthly rent of the chosen apartment. The deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your stay. |
