| How do I make a reservation?
First of all you need to fill out our reservation form. Once we have received your request, we check if the selected apartment is available in the desired period of time. If the apartment is available we send you all necessary information to confirm the reservation.
This process normally takes us about 48 hours (two working days).
Once we have received the money (via Western Union or in cash) the reservation will be legally valid and confirmed by email.If the reservation is cancelled without any reason, the obtained money will not be refunded.

Is there a minimum length for tenancy?
Yes, the minimum rent is one week. Some of the apartments have higher terms.

Which means of payment does Flat in BA accept?
The day of your arrival we will meet up with you at the apartment to sign the lease. In this moment the remaining part of the rental fee and the deposit have to be paid.
Both transactions have to be made in cash, more precisely in US $, EURO or in Argentine Peso at the exchange rate of the day. We cannot accept credit cards.

What does the security deposit consist of?
Signing the lease you will also subscribe a copy of the inventory with your name. The guest is obliged to hand over a deposit in cash, more precisely in US $, EURO or Argentine Peso at the exchange rate of the day.
This sum will be kept for you until the moment of your departure and refunded to you if the apartment is in good condition. Before your departure we will meet up with you to inspect the apartment and to give back the deposit.

How high is the amount of the deposit?
In case of contracting for 30 days or less, the amount of the deposit is equal to 100% of the total rental fee. If you rent an apartment between one and six months, the deposit is equal to the monthly rent of the chosen apartment.

Do I get my money back if I decide to shorten my stay?
No, If you decide to reduce the duration of your stay, the previously paid money cannot be refunded.

Which expenses are already included in the published prices?
The listed prices include all general expenses for the maintenance of the buildings, electricity, light, gas, water, cable TV, telephone, taxes and a cleaning service. Some of the apartments offer also some other comforts, such as high speed internet connection – In these cases, the additional services are included as well. Please check which ones are already included when you select an apartment.

How are the apartments equipped?
All of our apartments posses a kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. The Bedrooms have bedclothes and there are towels in the bathrooms. They posses cable TV, too. The apartments of the higher categories offer additional services such as high speed internet connection, swimming pool, gym etc.

Who receives me at the apartment the day I arrive?
The day of your arrival one member of our staff welcomes you in the Apartment to give you the keys, sign the contract, check the inventory, explain the apartment and remain at your disposal for any help you may need during your stay.

Which is the time for check-in and check-out?
We will receive you any time you arrive at the apartment. The check-out should be done before 10 am. In some apartments the time is flexible.If you should arrive out of our business hours (Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm) or on holidays we have to charge you an additional 50US$; Apart from the following: December 24, 25 and 31, January 1. On these days we charge an extra fee of 80US$.

The day of your arrival we will give you the name and number of the proprietor and somebody of our staff who will be happy to help you with anything you may need during your stay

Limitation of responsibility
The proprietors reserved themselves the right to admit the tenants to their property. In those cases we will provide you with an alternative accommodation. The use of the apartment for more persons than indicated leads to the immediate cancellation of the contract.
